The validity of your activation code is always stated where you received it – for example, in the email, text message, or on the card displaying the code.

As a general rule, your value code is valid for 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified. This gives you plenty of time to use your code whenever it suits you.

Please note that individual gift cards or products you choose to purchase with your balance may have their own validity periods or return policies. These details are clearly stated for each product or gift card before you make your selection.
